Service Description

Learning to make Pasta is fun, rewarding, inexpensive, and a great way to be creative! We will make various types of doughs to be used for Ribbons, Shapes, and filled Raviolis, Tortellinis, and Agnolottis. The types of Flour used, additinoal ingredients for color and flavor as well as proper storage and sauce recommendations will be covered.
