Service Description

Learning to breakdown the anatomy of animal proteins is not only cool and trendy, it can also teach you to save money by using almost every part of the animal for food. In this 3 part series of 3 hour classes, We will work our way through the main categories of animal protein: Poultry, Pork, Beef, Lamb, Round Fish, Flat Fish, and Crustaceans. Sharpen your boning and filet knives and let's get to work!
